At Heavenly Blooms by Andy, we personally handle every delivery within our 60-mile radius of Cannock, Staffordshire. This guarantees the highest quality, ensuring your beautiful, bespoke permanent florals are not thrown around or mistreated by external couriers.
Tracking Your Parcel: On the scheduled day of delivery, you will receive a notification once our driver has loaded your parcel and commenced the route. This notification will include a live tracking link, allowing you to monitor our driver's progress and estimated arrival time. This ensures you are ready to receive your bespoke florals and guarantees the safest possible handover.
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to be available at the specified address to accept the delivery during the agreed-upon window. If, due to a lack of contact, we are forced to leave a parcel in a safe location, we will not be held liable for any damage caused by adverse weather conditions or other factors. We take every step to ensure the product leaves our studio perfectly; we need your help to ensure it arrives safely inside your premises.
